Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Swansea, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was better than expected. I liked that there was a hot option every morning. the breakfast area we very clean and well maintained. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was kept very clean.

The people were wonderful. Lobby was inviting opening into a large breakfast area with hot coffee/decaf, teas & cocoa available 24/7. Room was excellent, big, updated, and beautiful with very clean bath area stocked with brand name soaps, shampoo etc. in dispensers. The beds and pillows were super comfy.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located to the highway

I loved how me and my husband had the whole pool to our selfs . Breakfast was so yummy I loved that they had different type of milks

Of course it is a fairly new location very close to where I needed accommodations and worked out very well for parking the trailer we had in tow. The breakfast had a fantastic selection especially excellent hot foods. Will definitely consider staying here again. it was a very pleasant stay I must mention that I was a little disappointed when I asked if they offered extended stay visits and said they do not have that type of a facility at that location It would be my first choice for future visits when staying for a much longer period of time. I would need something with kitchenette facilities. It seems like many truckers and people visiting to work in the area use this location as I saw laundry facilities available for a small fee. That is an awesome idea Maybe some day extended stay facilities could be considered. that would be fantastic. thank you for a very pleasant stay.
